Standard Soil Sampling: pH, P, K, Mg
Farm Image use the RB209 standard soil sampling method allowing us to give you an accurate average for a given area of land.
The Service
Around 26 cores are taken in a W pattern up to 10 hectares to the appropriate depth for the crop (15cm arable land or 10cm grassland). The soil is analysed by an independent UKAS accredited laboratory to give results for pH, phosphorus, potassium, and magnesium. A fertiliser recommendation or full nutrient management plan can then be provided by your qualified Farm Image contact.
